App package Ledgense: Accounting Tracker

1. Overview

Ledgense is a business ledger and accounting tracker app designed to help users organize client records, transactions, office expenses, manual investment snapshots, reports, PDF account statements, CSV exports, backups, app lock and local reminders.

Ledgense is designed primarily as a local record-keeping tool. Most business records that users create in the App are stored on the user’s own device, unless the user chooses to export, back up, share or otherwise transfer them.

We do not operate a user account system for Ledgense, and we do not provide cloud accounting, payment processing, banking, tax filing, investment, insurance, credit, lending, payroll or legal services through the App.

2. Information You May Enter in the App

Depending on how you use the App, you may enter information such as:

  • Client names, company names, groups or tags.
  • Tax ID, tax office or business identification details.
  • Phone numbers, email addresses and addresses.
  • Transaction descriptions, amounts, payment methods, dates and notes.
  • Office cost records such as rent, subscriptions, salaries, insurance, service fees or other planned expenses.
  • Manual investment or portfolio tracking entries such as asset name, quantity, cost, current value and notes.
  • Business or personal account names created inside the App.
  • PIN lock information used locally to protect the App on the device.
  • Reminder information for upcoming client payments or office costs.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, backup and safe handling of all information you enter into the App.

3. Local Data Storage

Ledgense stores the records you create locally on your device using local app storage/database technology. This may include client records, transaction records, office items, investment snapshots, account settings, selected language, selected currency, PIN lock settings, reminder settings and backup/export preferences.

We do not receive your locally entered business records on our own server unless you intentionally send information to us by email or another communication channel.

If you uninstall the App, clear app data, reset your device or lose your device without keeping a backup, your locally stored records may be permanently lost. Regular backups are recommended.

4. Advertising and Third-Party Services

Ledgense may display advertisements. The App may use Google AdMob or other Google services to show ads, measure ad performance, prevent fraud, improve reliability and support app functionality.

Advertising SDKs may collect or process information such as device identifiers, advertising ID, approximate location derived from network/IP information, app interactions, diagnostics, crash logs and other technical data as described by the relevant third-party provider.

Third-party providers may process data according to their own privacy policies and platform rules. You can learn more about Google’s privacy practices and advertising controls through Google’s own privacy and ads settings.

Ledgense may include banner ads, interstitial ads and rewarded ads. Rewarded ads are intended to be shown only when the user chooses an action that offers a reward or unlocks an app flow supported by ads.

5. Backups, CSV Exports, PDF Statements and Sharing

Ledgense may allow users to create local JSON backups, export CSV reports and generate PDF client account statements. These files may contain the records and personal/business information that the user entered into the App.

When you create, save, send, share or upload a backup, CSV file or PDF statement, you are responsible for where that file is stored, who receives it and how it is protected.

  • PDF statements may include company information, client information, transaction history, totals and remaining balances.
  • CSV exports may include transaction and report data.
  • JSON backups may include app records needed to restore your local data.
Exported files are controlled by the user. We cannot access, recover, revoke or delete files after the user saves, shares, uploads or transfers them outside the App.

6. App Permissions and Device Features

Depending on device version and user actions, Ledgense may request or use permissions/features related to:

  • Notifications, for local reminders.
  • File creation or sharing, for PDF statements, CSV exports and local backups.
  • Internet/network access, for advertisements and related services.
  • Phone, email or messaging shortcuts, when the user chooses to contact a client from information entered in the App.

Permissions are used to support app functionality. You can manage app permissions from your device settings.

7. Security

Ledgense may provide a local PIN lock feature to help protect access to the App on your device. Local PIN lock is an additional convenience feature and does not replace device-level security such as screen lock, encryption, account security and safe backup practices.

No mobile application, device or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users should keep their device protected, avoid sharing sensitive exported files publicly and store backups in a secure location.

8. Data Deletion, Account Deletion and Play Console Data Deletion Information

No Ledgense Account

Ledgense does not currently require users to create an online account with us. Because there is no Ledgense server account, there is no remote account profile for us to delete.

Delete Local App Data

Users can delete locally stored app data by using device-level options such as:

  • Deleting records manually inside the App where available.
  • Deleting local backups, CSV files or PDF statements from the device or storage location where they were saved.
  • Using Android settings to clear the App’s data.
  • Uninstalling the App from the device.

Request Help with Data Deletion

If you contact us at durcorps@gmail.com, we can provide reasonable guidance about deleting local app data from your device. If you previously sent us information by email, you may request deletion of that email communication and any attached files from our mailbox where technically and legally possible.

Data We Cannot Delete

We cannot remotely delete data that is stored only on your device, on your personal backups, in files you exported, in PDFs/CSVs you shared with others, or in third-party services controlled by you. We also cannot delete data processed independently by third-party advertising or platform providers except through the privacy controls and processes offered by those providers.

This section is intended to provide a clear data deletion path for users and to support Google Play data safety transparency. Since Ledgense does not create user accounts on our server, deletion primarily relates to local app data, exported files and any email communication sent to us by the user.

9. Children’s Privacy

Ledgense is intended for business, office, freelancer and professional record-keeping use. It is not directed to children. We do not knowingly request children to provide personal data to us. If you believe that a child has contacted us with personal information, please contact us so that we can review and delete the information where appropriate.

10. Financial, Accounting, Tax, Legal and Investment Disclaimer

Any reports, balances, PDF statements, reminders, calculations, charts, ratios or summaries shown in the App are generated from data entered by the user and are provided for informational and organizational purposes only.

Users are solely responsible for verifying their records, complying with applicable laws, keeping backups, protecting exported files, consulting qualified professionals when needed and making their own business or financial decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible or liable for losses, damages, claims, penalties, business decisions, tax/accounting errors, data loss, missed payments, missed reminders, incorrect entries, exported/shared file misuse, device problems, third-party service issues or any consequences arising from the use of or inability to use Ledgense.

11. International Use

Ledgense may support multiple languages and currencies. Language and currency settings are provided for convenience and do not mean that the App is localized for legal, accounting, tax or regulatory compliance in any specific country. Users are responsible for checking whether their use of the App is suitable for their own location and business requirements.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App, legal requirements, advertising services, data practices or user feedback. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the App after a policy update means that you acknowledge the updated Privacy Policy.
